Closure and frontal replacement services include washing, conditioning, and basic styling.

Important: All wigs must be evaluated before repairs are approved. Customers may be asked to submit clear photos of their wig before services begin. Additional material costs will be communicated before work begins.

Customers are responsible for shipping their wigs to us. Return shipping is covered by 3D Hair And Supplies.

Please include your full name and order number inside your package to ensure your wig is properly identified.

All wigs are evaluated upon arrival before services begin. If additional repairs or materials are needed, you will be contacted for approval before any additional charges or work. 

Please do not ship your wig until you receive your shipping instructions.
