Processing Times

Bundles, Closures & Frontals: Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing.

Custom wigs & Wig Services: Please allow 12 - 14 business days for processing. 

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing times may be extended due to sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume. Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time. 

Shipping

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package.
