Refund & Return Policy

Final Sale:

All hair products, custom wigs, and wig services are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, installed, altered, cut, colored, or washed.

Exceptions:

If 3D Hair And Supplies sends the wrong item or makes an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can correct the issue. Photos/and or videos may be required.

Custom Orders:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details. Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Refunds:

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
